After moving to Los Angeles later that year, Cassian worked as a personal trainer at Sports Club/LA and found that his background in physical education helped get fast and effective results with his clientele.

In 1995 Cassian opened Bolder Fitness, wanting his clients to get more personal service and thus better results away from the corporate gyms. Mallory Nicholas

Mallory Nicholas has the innate ability to be able to relate to each one of her clients and give them the specific tools to achieve their individual goals. She started working at her local YMCA in 2006, where she gained all her experience working with members as a Healthy Lifestyles Counselor, then getting her Personal Training certification through ISSA (International Sports Science Association), and is now a Certified Specialist in Exercise Therapy. With many continuing education credits under her belt and on her way to receiving more certifications, she is constantly learning new things about fitness. An all around fitness buff, she’s tried everything from yoga, Pilates reformer machines, dance to TRX and Muay Thai. She’s a big believer in experiencing something yourself before trying to teach it to someone else.

When she’s not training clients, she’s working on her other passions. She’s a singer, songwriter, actor and voice actor and has been in the entertainment business since she was 7 years old. Starting with national commercials then booking her first series regular role on a Nickelodeon show that was executive produced by Whoopi Goldberg when she was 16. Some of her most recent work include: a recurring role on How To Get Away With Murder, Jane The Virgin, portraying the lovable and comical lead, Charlyne in HBO’s “F**ked Up,” which you can watch on HBO GO and HBO Now and booking a recurring voiceover role on Cartoon Network’s, DC Superhero Girls.

Although Mallory is a fun, enthusiastic and amazing motivator, don’t be fooled, she can be one tough cookie and is more than capable of challenging your limits. With love, of course.
