Practical Self-Defense
Bolder Fitness now offers group and private self-defense training.
Group classes are designed to give you the self-confidence, strength and know-how to protect yourself from anybody with your own hands.
You will learn techniques utilizing the most effective and practical defenses from a wide variety of Israeli self-defense, karate, aikido and kickboxing.
You will also learn simple and proven methods of countering violent attacks and disarming assailants, such as:
- How to recognize and avoid dangerous situations.
- What to do if you think you are being followed.
- How to defend yourself during an assault.
