Pilates is an innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates, emphasizing strengthening, stretching, and stabilizing key muscles. Pilates created “The Pilates Principles” a method developed and refined over more than eighty years of use and observation.  Pilates is used to condition the entire body through proper alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flowing movement.

Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise system using a floor, mat or equipment, that will help you look and feel your very best.

At Bolder Fitness, we believe in a well-rounded fitness routine. Adding Pilates to your regular weight training routine or cardiovascular program is a great way to “cross train” and supplement your program.

Many rehabilitation facilities recognize Pilates training principles as beneficial to rehabilitating spinal or other structural injuries. Pilates is ideal for someone who has gone through rehabilitation for injuries or would like to strengthen their core to prevent injuries.

Six Sessions: $450 ($75 per session)
Twelve Sessions: $840 ($70 per session)
